To start, simply register an account with BigFundr on our website. There are two methods to complete the registration:
- Via “MyInfo” if you are a registered user with Singpass (This helps you fill in your personal information automatically.)
- Keying in your personal information manually (Please note that you will be required to upload the necessary documents for proof of identification.)
Your account will be activated within 3 business days under normal circumstances. Otherwise, please email us at customerservice@bigfundr.com, and we will assist you.
Upon activation of your account, you can view any of the available Deals on our website. Should you wish to participate in any Deal, you may transfer the funds to your BigFundr account via Paynow, online bank transfer or over the counter (OTC). Your funds will be held directly with our trustee, DBS Bank Singapore, and managed by Vistra Pte Ltd, a third-party cash administrator.
