How do I open an account with BigFundr?

1. To start, simply register an account with BigFundr on the sign-up page. Key in your email address, password, referral code/promo code (if any) and click “Create Account”. 

2. There are two methods to complete the registration:

• Via “MyInfo” if you are a registered user with Singpass (This helps you to fill in your personal information automatically.) Please use your Singpass app to scan the QR code. Kindly ensure that all the fields are completed.

• Keying in your personal information manually (Please note that you will be required to upload the necessary documents for proof of identification and proof of address.)

Proof of Identification

Singaporean / Permanent Residents: Pictures of the front and back of your NRIC 

Foreign nationals: 

• Picture of the profile page of your passport (must have a minimum validity of 6 months) or 
• Pictures of the front and back of your employment/work pass.

Proof of Address

Singaporean / Permanent residents: Not required

Foreign nationals: 

• Latest bank statement (must be issued within last 3 months and clearly displays the bank name, statement date, your full name and residential address) or

• Latest utility/telephone bill (must be issued within last 3 months and clearly displays the issuing entity, issue date, your full name and residential address) or

• Latest statement from relevant government authorities (must be issued within last 3 months and clearly displays the issuing entity, issue date, your full name and residential address) or

• National identity card or driving licence (only if your address is stated in the document)

Please ensure that the supporting documents you are submitting are clear and readable. 

3. Fill in the required details in the questions and click  "Continue" or "Next".

4. Select your appropriate investment appetite and click “Continue” on your desktop.
   
   

5. Once you reach the Agreement page, read the agreements and click “Continue” or ”Submit”.

6. You have completed the sign-up process. You may choose to sign in to view your Dashboard.

Your account will be verified within 3 business days under normal circumstances. You will receive an email and a bell notification once your account has been verified.

Upon verification of your account, you can view any of the available Deals on our website. Should you wish to participate in any Deal, you may transfer the funds to your BigFundr account via PayNow or online bank transfer. Your funds will be held directly with our trustee, DBS Bank Singapore.
