BigFundr has to strictly comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and MAS’s Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines.
We do not outsource our Customer Service to third party providers. Access to our corporate network is only for authorised personnel and specific devices. We practise the Principle of Least Privilege, where we assign just sufficient access for our staff to perform their jobs. Only key and relevant staff personnel have access to our investors’ personal information.
