I have forgotten to include my Deposit Reference Code (DRC) or have indicated the wrong DRC during my fund transfer. What should I do?

To facilitate the verification process, please reach out to us at customerservice@bigfundr.com, along with the following document:

 

  • a proof of transfer that shows the bank account number, date of transfer, amount transferred and bank transaction reference number.


If you have transferred from a joint bank account, please reach out to us at customerservice@bigfundr.com and provide the following documents:


  • a proof of transfer that shows the bank account number, date of transfer, amount transferred and bank transaction reference number; AND
  • a bank statement that shows the account holder’s or account holders’ full name(s), bank name and bank account number. 


We may still be able to match your deposit to your BigFundr account if the following conditions are met: 

  • the fund transfer was made from an individual bank account in your name; AND 
  • your full name is reflected in our account during the fund transfer; AND 
  • your full name is a unique name in our customers’ database.
