To fund your BigFundr account, you can make your deposit using any of the following 3 methods:
- PAYNOW
- Online Bank Transfer
- Over The Counter (physically at your bank)
Do follow the instructions for the fund transfer on the “Deposit” page after you have logged in to your account. Your Deposit Reference Code (DRC), BigFundr's Unique Entity Number (UEN) for PayNow and BigFundr's DBS Account Number are all stated on the "Deposit" page.
IMPORTANT!
- Please remember to include your Deposit Reference Code (DRC) in each transaction. Otherwise, we will not be able to match your deposit to your BigFundr account.
- You can only transfer money from a bank account in your own name. Please note that we cannot accept deposits transferred from a third party, e.g., family members.
- Typically, we do not accept cash deposits via the deposit machines and ATMs. Should we receive any cash deposits, the refund process may take at least 2 months or longer to complete.
