How do I fund my BigFundr account?

To fund your BigFundr account, you can make your deposit using any of the following 3 methods:

  • PayNow via scanning a QR code
  • PayNow via keying in the Unique Entity Number (UEN)
  • Online Bank Transfer


Do follow the instructions for the fund transfer on the “Deposit” page after you have logged in to your account. Your Deposit Reference Code (DRC), BigFundr's Unique Entity Number (UEN) for PayNow and BigFundr's DBS Account Number are all stated on the "Deposit" page.


IMPORTANT! 

  • Please remember to include your Deposit Reference Code (DRC) in each transaction. Otherwise, we will not be able to match your deposit to your BigFundr account.
  • You can only transfer money from a bank account in your own name. Please note that we cannot accept deposits transferred from a third party, e.g., family members.
  • Typically, we do not accept cash deposits via the deposit machines and ATMs. Should we receive any cash deposits, the refund process may take at least 2 months or longer to complete.


  1. Go to your “Dashboard” page and click “Deposit” on your desktop or "Deposit Funds" on your mobile device.

OR go to your “Balance” page and click “Deposit”.

  1. You will be directed to the “Deposit” page. Please enter the amount you wish to deposit.

  1. Choose a deposit method:

  • PayNow via scanning a QR Code

  • PayNow via keying in the Unique Entity Number (UEN)

  • Online Bank Transfer


  1. Select a bank from the list.

 


  1. You will be directed to instructions for making a deposit based on your selected deposit method. Follow the steps indicated.

  2. Once the transaction is complete, click "I've made the deposit".


  1. You will see a pop-up message showing your deposit summary on your desktop or a thank you message on your mobile device.

  • You should be able to view the transferred funds in your BigFundr account under “My Balance”  within 2 business days upon successful verification.
