Exclusive Deals are Deals that fall outside the parameters of our typical Deals. The interest rates for these Deals may be higher or lower than those of our typical Deals depending on these factors:
- Shorter tenure of less than 3 months
- Longer tenure of more than 12 months
- Full interest being paid upfront to investors
- **BigFundr having the second legal charge on the real estate
**For Exclusive Deals with second legal charge, BigFundr will take the necessary mitigation measures such as a lower Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio.
Full guarantee provision on your investment (principal and interest) is provided by Maxi-Cash* for all our Deals on BigFundr, including Exclusive Deals.
