Yes, your investments are as safe as before. It is important to remember that in all Deals we have launched, there has NEVER been a default or delay in repayments. In other words, we have never had to rely on the Maxi-Cash guarantee.

Our selection and risk management are just as rigorous. We also continue to put in place multiple layers of safeguards, which typicall:

• First Claim on Real Estate: Ensures we get paid first if the borrower defaults and the property is sold.

• Personal and Corporate Guarantee by Borrowers: Borrowers personally guarantee the loans.

• Buy-Back Provision: Top fund managers’ commitment to repurchasing the loans if needed.
