1. Organizer
The lucky draw (the "Draw") is organized by BigFundr Pte Ltd (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Draw is open to all participants who have registered and attended the Investor Connect Webinar on 20 Feb 2025.
2.2 Employees of BigFundr Pte Ltd and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry to the Draw
3.1 Participants must have registered and attended the Investor Connect Webinar to be eligible for the Draw.
3.2 Only one entry per participant is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Draw Mechanics
4.1 The Draw will take place after the Investor Connect Webinar, 24 Feb 2025 at the BigFundr office.
4.2 Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants.
5. Prizes
5.1 The prizes for the Draw are three (3) commemorative gold bars, worth SGD 500 in total.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Announcement & Collection
6.1 Winners will be notified via email and phone within five (5) days after the Draw.
6.2 If a winner does not respond within ten (10) days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6.3 Winners may be required to present proof of identity to claim their prize.
7. General Terms
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Draw without prior notice.
7.2 By participating in the Draw, entrants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.3 The Organizer’s decision regarding all Draw matters is final and binding.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Draw in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
