- Unless otherwise specified, each promotional code (promo code) can only be applied to the specific Deal that was advertised with the promo code.
- Only one promo code can be used for each investment.
- If more than one promo code is used, BigFundr will recognise the promo code with a higher incentive.
- The correct promo code must be applied when an investor invests in the specific Deal that is advertised with the promo code.
- The promo code can be used during the validity period stated in the Deal communications only.
- The additional interest rate will be reflected in the Investment Repayment Schedule, which will be sent to the investors closer to or on the Deal commencement date.
- BigFundr Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify or vary the Terms and Conditions of any ongoing promotions, without any prior notice.
- All disputes are subject to BigFundr's final decision.
