BigFundr Refer a Friend Campaign (Terms and Conditions)

The BigFundr Referral Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by BigFundr Pte. Ltd. (“BigFundr”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client agreement, and to accept BigFundr’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Campaign.

Campaign Period

The campaign period (“Campaign Period”) is between 05 March 2026 (5:30 PM SGT) - 30 April 2026 (12 AM SGT), both days inclusive, unless otherwise stated.

1. BigFundr reserves the right to amend the Campaign's start and end dates at any time without prior notice.

To be eligible for the Campaign ("Eligible Participants"), the participant must: 

This campaign is open to all registered users of the BigFundr platform. This includes new users who sign up and invest within the Campaign Period.

1. For Referrers:

   1. Must be an existing BigFundr user at the time of the referee’s signup and reward disbursement.

   2. Will only receive the first-time investment referral reward if the referee successfully completes all referral criteria.

2. For the Referred Friend:

   1. Sign up for a BigFundr account and complete the KYC verification process;

   2. Must be new to BigFundr and defined as a user who has not registered, funded or invested on BigFundr before;

   3. Apply the Referrer’s unique referral code during the Campaign Period;

   4. Must complete their first investment in a qualifying Deal within the campaign period, and meet the following funding requirements:

      
      

3. All eligibility is subject to BigFundr’s standard account verification and KYC procedures.

4. All referee first-time investments received before or after the specified Campaign Period will not be eligible for the Campaign.

5. Rewards for both the Referrer and Referee are contingent upon both parties meeting all the eligibility criteria and requirements. Failure of either party to meet the stated requirements will result in no rewards being issued.

Referral Campaign Mechanics 

Referrers and Referees who meet all eligibility and qualifying conditions will receive the following rewards based on the referee’s first investments funded:

1. During the Campaign Period, all investors who make a minimum investment of S$5,000, A$20,000 or US$20,000 will enjoy a promotional first-time referral reward.

2. Rewards for both the Referrer and Referee are contingent upon both parties meeting all the eligibility criteria and requirements outlined in this promotion’s terms and conditions. Failure of either party to meet the stated requirements will result in no rewards being issued. 

3. There is no cap on the number of Referees a Referrer can invite. As long as each Referee fulfils all the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions, the Referrer will be eligible to receive the Reward for each successful referral.

4. The referral reward will be credited to the Referrer’s BigFundr account after the referee’s investment has officially started, within 5 business days of the Deal commencement date.

General Terms

1. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other ongoing campaign or bonus rates unless expressly stated.

2. By participating in this campaign, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BigFundr reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time, without prior notice.

3. In the event of any dispute or discrepancy, BigFundr’s decision will be final and binding.
