While the account is marked as closed, BigFundr will be required to retain the data based on retention policies designed to meet regulatory, legal, and risk management requirements.
BigFundr complies with Section 25 of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012, and will cease to retain personal data when retention is no longer necessary for legal, compliance and financial regulations.
