How do I fund my BigFundr account?

For SGD

1. Tap Deposit on Home or Balance in your mobile app.
2. Select your preferred deposit method:
   • PayNow via QR code or Unique Entity Number (UEN)
   • Bank Transfer
3. Enter the amount you would like to deposit, then tap Deposit.
4. Make a transfer through your banking app (Ensure that you include your unique Deposit Reference Code (DRC) in the reference code field).
5. Tap Close after completing the transaction.
6. You should be able to view the transferred funds in your BigFundr account under Cash Balance within 2 business days upon successful verification.
7. You will receive both an email and an in-app alert notification once your fund transfer is complete.

Currently fund transfers via PayNow are processed almost instantly when the following conditions are met:

• Your BigFundr account has been verified (ie. you have cleared our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks).
• The fund transfer was made from an individual bank account in your name.
• The name on the bank transfer matches the registered name on your BigFundr account.
• A deposit request is submitted through your BigFundr account.
• Your Deposit Reference Code (DRC) is included in the bank transfer.

To fund your BigFundr account from your joint bank account, please reach out to us at customerservice@bigfundr.com, along with the following documents:

• A bank statement that shows all the joint account holders' full names, bank name and bank account number; and
• A proof of transfer that shows the bank account number, date of transfer, amount transferred and bank transaction reference number.

Kindly note that you have to be one of the joint bank account holders in order to fund your BigFundr account.

For AUD/USD    

1. Kindly toggle the currency at the top right corner of your Home screen.
2. Tap Deposit.
3. Tap Bank Transfer. 
4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit, then tap Deposit.
5. Make a transfer through your banking app (Ensure that you include your unique Deposit Reference Code (DRC) in the reference code field).
6. Tap Close after completing the transaction.
7. You should be able to view the transferred funds in your BigFundr account under Cash Balance within 5 business days upon successful verification.
8. You will receive both an email and an in-app alert notification once your fund transfer is complete.

IMPORTANT! 

• Please remember to include your Deposit Reference Code (DRC) in each transaction. Otherwise, we will not be able to match your deposit to your BigFundr account.
• You can only transfer money from a bank account in your own name. BigFundr cannot accept Funds transferred from a third party, including bank accounts that belong to your family members and friends.
• We typically do not accept cash deposits via the deposit machines and ATMs. If cash deposits are received, the refund process may take at least 2 months or longer.
