After transferring funds to my BigFundr account, how long will it take for the amount to be reflected? Why is my account balance not updated yet?

For SGD

• Within 2 business days upon successful verification. 
• Currently fund transfers via PayNow are processed almost instantly when the following conditions are met:
  • Your BigFundr account has been verified (ie. you have cleared our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks).
  • The fund transfer was made from an individual bank account in your name.
  • The name on the bank transfer matches the registered name on your BigFundr account.
  • A deposit request is submitted through your BigFundr account.
  • Your Deposit Reference Code (DRC) is included in the bank transfer.
    

For AUD/USD

• Within 5 business days upon successful verification.

You will receive both an email and an in-app alert notification once your fund transfer is complete. Otherwise, please email us at customerservice@bigfundr.com, and include a bank proof of transfer that clearly shows the account holder's full name, bank account number, date of transfer, amount transferred, and bank transference number.
