Why is there an extension period to a Deal?

Extensions are a protective mechanism used only in rare, extreme circumstances (such as natural disasters or global pandemics) that cause unavoidable delays in construction or development.

The duration of any extension period is strictly limited to the maximum term specified in the Deal factsheet. If an extension is triggered, investors are compensated with an additional interest for the extra duration, as outlined in your Deal factsheet. This ensures your capital continues to earn for you, even if the timeline shifts.
