Simply reset your password on the Login page. Click “Forget Password?”, and a separate web page will appear requesting your email address. Follow the instructions to change your password.
Click “Forgot password?”
- Key in your registered email address with BigFundr and click “Continue”.
If you are unable to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and/or prefer to receive it via your registered email address, please click “Send OTP to my email instead”.
The OTP code will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS or to your registered email address.
Enter the OTP received in the boxes. You may click “Resend OTP” if you do not receive it after 60 seconds.
Enter your new password and click “Change Password”.
You will be redirected to the Login page.
