You may initiate a withdrawal (minimum withdrawal amount is S$20) through the “Withdrawal” tab under your account. Your withdrawal amount will be reflected in your bank account within 3 business days after initiating a withdrawal request under normal circumstances. Otherwise, please email us at customerservice@bigfundr.com, and we will assist you.
BigFundr does not impose any withdrawal fees on you if the bank is located in Singapore. If the withdrawal is not made in Singapore Dollars (SGD), all applicable bank charges and fees shall be borne by you.
