According to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Securities And Futures Act (SFA) and Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on Fair and Balanced Advertising and Other Advertising Restrictions, it is a requirement for all financial institutions to include this disclaimer for all product advertisements.
