For SGD
- BigFundr does not charge any withdrawal fees.
- If the withdrawal is not made in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and/or your bank account is outside Singapore, all applicable bank charges and fees shall be borne by you.
- If your bank account does not accept funds in Singapore Dollars (SGD), the withdrawal amount will be converted in accordance with the prevailing spot exchange rate of the bank where the registered account is opened (which shall be indisputable in any circumstances).
For AUD/USD
You are responsible for any bank charges or transactional fees imposed by the respective financial institutions. For details on the applicable charges, please contact your bank directly.
Please note:
- If you withdraw funds to a bank account that does not support multiple currencies or is not denominated in AUD or USD, your funds may be automatically converted to your bank's default currency at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
