How do I withdraw money from my account?

1. Tap Withdraw on Home or Balance in your mobile app.
2. On the withdrawal page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
   • Your current balance will be displayed.
   • The minimum withdrawal amount per withdrawal:
     • For SGD is SGD20.
     • For AUD/USD is AUD/USD 200.
3. Select the bank account you want to withdraw to and tap Confirm.
   • If you have not added a bank account, tap Add Bank Account. 
   • Upload a bank statement showing your full name, bank name, bank account number and statement date, and complete the required fields.
4. Review your withdrawal details
   • Withdrawal Amount.
   • Bank name.
   • Last 4 digits of your bank account number.
5. Tap Confirm Withdrawal to submit your withdrawal request.
6. A confirmation pop-up message will appear on your mobile device once the withdrawal request has been submitted.

Please note:

If the withdrawal is not made in Singapore Dollars (SGD), all applicable bank charges and fees shall be borne by you.
