Why can't I use Face ID or fingerprint login?

There are two possible reasons:


1. Biometric login is not enabled.

  • You may not have turned on Face ID or fingerprint login yet. You can enable it anytime in your BigFundr account under Settings.

 

2. Too many failed attempts.

  • If biometric login fails 3 times in a row, it will be temporarily disabled for security reasons. You can still log in using your email and password, and then re-enable biometric login in your settings once you're logged in.
