How do I update my account or personal details?

You may update your display name and registered mobile number directly in Settings, under Account Information → User Profile


To update your residential address: 

Please reach out to us at customerservice@bigfundr.com using your registered email address and attach a valid proof of your new residential address dated within the last 3 months. The document must clearly display your full name and current residential address. 


Acceptable documents include:  

  • National identity card
  • Utility or telephone bill
  • Bank or credit card statement
  • Government-issued ID showing your current address
  • Letter of official document from a government agency


Please note:

  • Digital identity cards are not accepted
  • Handwritten documents or envelopes are not accepted as proof of address
  • All supporting documents must be dated within the last 3 months 


To update your registered email address

Please reach out to us at customerservice@bigfundr.com using your current registered email address. In your message, kindly indicate the new email address you would like us to update to. 


For security purposes, our Customer Service representative may call you at your registered mobile number to verify your request before updating your personal information on your account.
