- Tap Forgot Password?.
- Key in your registered email address with BigFundr and tap Continue.
- If you are unable to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and/or prefer to receive it via your registered email address, please tap Send OTP to my email instead.
- The OTP code will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS or to your registered email address.
- Enter the OTP received in the boxes. You may tap Resend OTP if you do not receive it after 60 seconds.
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character) and tap Change Password.
- You will be redirected to the Login page.
